A proposal is an important document in every activity because it is the basis for planning and organizing all aspects of the activity systematically. In June IEEE UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur held an IEEESD activity for community members with a presenter from Data Science lecturer Mrs. Wahyu Kyestiati Sumarno, S.pd, M.Ed, M.Pd. 

Mrs. Wahyu explained about various types of proposals and how to write them using English. The purpose of this activity is to produce informative and interesting proposals. With this activity, it can help community members to carry out work programs that require making proposals in English. 

During the activity, members were divided into two groups to discuss the material that had been given and given a short assignment, namely making a simple proposal about the community that would hold a Comparative Study with other communities. Then, each group will present the results of their discussion to the other groups.
